Lilly anti-clot drug could rival Plavix
Company says its drug prasugrel beat Bristol-Myer's popular Plavix treatment in early-stage trials.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Eli Lilly and Co. said Monday all patients responded to its experimental blood-clot drug prasugrel in three early-stage studies, while up to 43 percent of the same patients did not respond to treatment with Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.'s popular Plavix.
